LOS ANGELES - July 27, 2015 - PRLog -- Lisa is one of sixty Artists and Scientists selected from around the world to be a part of renowned marine biologist Sylvia Earle's Expedition: Elysium Artists for the Arctic.

The Arctic is one of the most threatened areas of the world due to climate change. The mission is to capture the sights, sounds and splendour of the enchanting Arctic, on August 2015, into an exquisite book, film and exhibitions in eight major cities. The benchmark expedition starts from Longyearbyen to North Spitsbergen, North and East Greenland and end in Iceland. Besides panoramas of glaciers, icebergsand snowy mountains, imagery focus will also be polar bears, walruses, belugas, narwals, Arctic foxes, auks, snowy owls, muskoxen, Arctic hares, Fins and Blue whales. The expedition is honored to be carrying the Explorers Club flag. The Explorers Club flag represents an impressive history of courage and accomplishment and has been carried on hundreds of expeditions by Club members since 1918. To carry the Club flag is an honor and a privilege. It has flown at both poles, from the highest peaks of the greatest mountain ranges, traveled to the depths of the ocean, to the lunar surface, and outer space. A flag expedition must further the cause of exploration and field science. Elysium Artists for the Arctic will be a monumental documentation above and below the water of the Arctic region, archived for future generations.

Special equipment and clothing(it is below freezing in the Arctic) will be needed for Lisa to make this trip successful, therefore we are actively seeking sponsors who would like to be a part of history. Lisa has already reached out to major camera and clothing brands for equipment and/or monetary donations, so if you have a passion for preserving our planet or simply want to help feel free to contact us at you have a passion for preserving our planet or simply want to help feel free to contact us at pr@richgirlproductions.com or call 323-960-5600
