SLO Down in Santa Margarita with Fully Embodied a Body Positive Yoga Retreat

LOS ANGELES - July 27, 2015 - PRLog -- Over the past few years, there has been a body positive revolution afoot. Last year, Thea Pueschel hosted the first Body Positive Yoga Retreat in Southern California, Beautiful Bountiful Body. She is a proponent and facilitator of the concept that all bodies are good bodies deserving respect, love and movement. Pueschel as an artist of living, hypnotherapist and yoga teacher has decided to take her practice to the next level of moving beyond mindfulness into complete embodiment. Pueschel is pleased to announce the Fully Embodied Body Positive Yoga Retreat October 2-4. This fun and liberating retreat will be held at Sagrada Wellness a beautiful 45-acre eco-sanctuary in the coastal mountains of San Luis Obispo County.  This 3-day/2-night retreat into embodiment will focus on creating a greater relationship with the mind, body and spirit for people of all ages, sizes and levels.

In order to create a fertile foundation for personal exploration, the retreat will offer yoga, hiking, yoga nidra, Tai Chi Chuan, Reiki, as well as Pranayama and Paint. The objective is to move beyond mindfulness into the realm of embodiment via exploring movement, meditation, creativity, and relaxation.  Prices for the retreat start at $495 and include all activities mentioned as well as five locally sourced meals created by an amazing chef, delicious local wines at dinner and star gazing under the waxing moon.
