Created by JAMM Coaching and Training, the Strategic Pricing Specialist (SPS®) Designation is revolutionizing the real estate industry.  SPS® was designed to help real estate professionals minimize overpriced listings and better assist sellers when preparing to list their home for sale.  This course is the first of its kind and is currently offered exclusively in the North Carolina market.
