“I like to take every opportunity that I can to promote the food and culture of my beloved country. From my travels I’m proud to say that I see a lot of interest for traditional Thai cuisine around the world.”, said Chef Nooror.
She continued, “Our way of cooking with local herbs, spices and market-fresh ingredients is enticing to every palate. We are able to combine contrasting flavors of spicy, sweet, sour, salty and even bitter tastes to create charming dishes.”
“I am grateful for every platform that I am given to share my cooking and knowledge with our friends from overseas. I believe that traditional Thai cuisine will continue to inspire and arouse diners all over the globe and I’m proud to be a part of this exciting time.”
