SAN DIEGO - July 20, 2015 - PRLog -- ACI Apartments is pleased to announce the recent sale of a 4 unit complex in the Golden Hill neighborhood of San Diego.  The 2,104 square foot property, located at 1030 23^rd Street, was purchased by the John Barthell Family Trust for $860,000.

Terry Moore CCIM of ACI represented the Buyer. This transaction is the third that The Barthell Trust has done with Terry Moore. The seller was represented by Mike and Jessica Wolf of Ascent Real Estate.

The property has one studio and three 1bd/1ba units with off street parking, recent upgrades and great views into downtown San Diego.
