July 17, 2015 - PRLog -- How did Tabata workout begin?

A popular physician and a researcher, Dr. Izumi Tabata was the one who coined the term “ Tabata” and if you want to reduce your workout time from one or two hours to 4 minutes, then this is going to be the best fitness session for you!! According to the researcher, Tabata, practicing the classes for these 240 seconds, a week is equal to an hour of jogging or Zumba class, two hours of walking or yoga.

To prove the real effectiveness of the session, he divided two groups and one was being medicated with the “Tabata dose” and were imparted with the 120 minutes training. The other group was given five hours a week, 2 hour session moderate term exercise level. And the results, you might have already predicted.. The aerobic and anaerobic levels of the team enhanced to a great level and that at the rate of 28%. Speaking about the method, the Tabata trainers were provided with the 20/10 session in which the first twenty seconds were involved in vigorous session and the rest 10 seconds was in fact for the resting session.

High intensity training levels

When you hear the term high-intensity fitness, it is not a new word being coined. In fact, they have been used in many of the Hollowyood movies for equipping the actors with high levels of fitness. For example, Peter Coe used the technique for teaching his son, Sebastian. What actually does Tabata do?

In fact, they help in enhancing the heart and the metabolism rate, by doing specific actions and exercise techniques. As such, when these sessions are being done, your body responds by losing fat, which is your very intention. The eye-spotty feature here is that they are capable of reducing the fat, not only during the workout sessions, but after the period, too. As such you can feel the body burning several layers of fat, after a certain period of time.

How to begin with the technique?

As said earlier, it would be good if you do the sessions like pushups or squats or medicine ball slams, for the first twenty seconds and then rest for the ten seconds. You can do these  for four or five times during a whole day and once you get hung up on things, you can continue practicing.
