CHELMSFORD, U.K. - July 17, 2015 - PRLog -- In Janauary 2016 there's a chance for anyone providing actitivies to older people to up their game.  Three one day courses over the month will cover all the basics, and a bit more, of activities in the community and carehome. Not matter what setting your supporting older people in, these courses are for you.

You'll learn a combination, fun varied activities for the elderly, Sensory therapy activities, chair based exercise, arts and crafts, indoor and outdoor games, dementia activities and more.  Free activities ideas for those working in supported living, sheltered housing, residential care homes and nursing homes.
