By: Poricy Park Conservancy Don't let strangers come to your home, rent a 10'x20' space to display your goods for only $25 (tax deductible donation). Reserve your spot by September 25th and you will be listed as a participant on the Poricy Park website. Reservations after September 25th or on the day of the event will be $30 per spot. Applications are available on the Poricy Park website (www.PoricyPark.org) The Great Lawn Sale will be held on Saturday, October 10, 2015, from 9:00am to 3:00pm on the great lawn of Poricy Park, near the Nature Center. The event will be held rain or shine. Unable to make the Great Lawn Sale but would like to donate items? Poricy Park Conservancy is accepting for resale gently used household items, pictures, furniture, and clothing (must be bagged). All proceeds from the sale of your donations will benefit Poricy Park Conservancy, a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization. PPC reserves the right to refuse items deemed inappropriate. Drop off dates are: Saturday, 8/1/15, 9:00am-11:00am Tuesday, 8/18/15, 6:30pm-8:30pm Sunday, 8/30/15, 1:00pm-3:00pm Food vendors are welcome to participate at the event; applications are available on the Poricy Park website. Food vendor spots are limited and are available on a first paid basis ($75 per spot). Interested in becoming a Sponsor of the Great Lawn Sale? All community and summer camp programs are run by Poricy Park Conservancy, a non-profit 501 (c) (3) organization, located at 345 Oak Hill Road in Middletown Township. With exceptional ecological resources, the 250 acre historical and nature site makes it one of the largest parks in Monmouth County. PPC offers a variety of class trips for school children with hands-on programs including history, science and nature for pre-K through 5th grade. The Park offers recreational activities such as magnificent wooded hiking trails, bird watching, pristine pond settings, fishing, and a one-of-a-kind 70 million year-old Cretaceous fossil bed. Poricy Park is home to the 1770 NJ Historic Murray Farmhouse and Barn. The Nature Center is open Monday-Friday, 9:00am-4:00pm and weekends based on scheduled programs. End
