By: The Beehive All evening long The Beehive’s Executive Chef Greg Torrech will be serving unique takes on traditional French cuisine including Skirt Steak Frites, Moules Mariniere, Fresh Grilled Tuna Nicoise and more, all of which will be served in addition to the regular menu. The champagne will be flowing and guests can also choose from a selection of special cocktails such as Queen Bee ($13) or Blood & Whiskey ($11.5) to complement the evening’s food and music. The Bastille Day dining experience will round out with a performance from Sydney’s C’est si bon. C’est si bon, a refined jazz band featuring highly experienced Sydney musicians, brings the elegant and pleasurable sounds of French songs and jazz and bossa nova classics to each and every performance. The exotic appeal of French tunes as sung by Edith Piaf and Yves Montand combined with jazz classics as performed by Michael Bublé or Frank Sinatra will contribute a new twist to this Bastille Day celebration.
