EMC join Made in the Midlands!!

After exhibiting in May at the West Midlands exhibition EMC gained a variety of leads and contacts. So much so that we have booked a spot at the East Midlands exhibition, which is to be held at Derby County’s iPro Stadium in November.

Made in the Midlands encourages networking and interaction between hundreds of manufacturers and service providers based in the Midlands. The wide spectrum of industries represented by members compliments the wide spectrum that EMC provide. Hopefully this will be the start of a productive relationship that will raise EMC’s local profile.

ANTI-CORROSION COATINGS

Our electrophoretic plant is a fully automated procedure involving various sub-processes that are identifi ed below in the fl ow chart. These processes ensure that coating performance is optimised and a controlled uniform coating thickness is maintained.

The PTFE content gives the substrate an outstanding low friction performance, excellent corrosion protection and a very tough, durable semi-gloss black fi nish. With a strong working relationship built up over many years with the manufacturers of Excellube, optimum performance of the plant is maintained.

Our fl exible approach means that we can process one off specials, pre-production samples/prototypes, small/medium sized batch runs and on-going contracts in excess of 10,000 parts per week.
