The Genard Method's "Speak at Your Best!" Workshop to be Hosted in Italy by The Language Center

BOSTON - July 7, 2015 - PRLog -- Boston, MA – The Genard Method, a Boston-based public speaking training firm, will offer two summer workshops on July 26-31 and August 2-7 in Todi, Italy, in collaboration with the English-language school The Language Center.  Dr. Gary Genard, founder and president of TGM, will lead the workshops. The seminars are open to any professional interested in improving his or her skills in delivering dynamic business presentations.

“Persuasive and effective communication is all about reaching and influencing listeners,” said Dr. Genard. “It’s much more about your audience than your content. As an actor, I use performance-based techniques from the theater to help business people make their presentations more engaging and exciting. We think this workshop will open people’s eyes concerning what they’re capable of in their presentations.”

With the economy throughout the euro zone experiencing only modest growth this year, training to acquire additional business skills is particularly important. In these conditions, The Language Center wanted to offer a training product that would be of immediate benefit in Italy, and chose The Genard Method as the U.S.-based partner that could provide the hands-on communication skills training it was looking for.

Workshop attendees will learn the best practices for speaking with impact and influence in business meetings, pitches, presentations, and all aspects of oral communication.
