“Man Caves” coming to Ventura California

VENTURA, Calif. - July 9, 2015 - PRLog -- Men all over Ventura are rejoicing over the idea that Ventura will soon be home to one of the few Garage Condominium projects in California. In reviewing the completed project, Eucalyptus at Beaumont, the economics do indeed work. You can actually purchase your own Garage Condo, Man Cave, whatever you want to call it,
and actually pay less than comparable rents. In many cases, a lot less. Further, traditional storage facilities in general will not let you work on your vehicles, and restrict your access times. Tinkering on your Hot Rod after work was out of the question. When you own your Garage Condominium, you do what you want, when you want. Grease is welcome. Perfume is not.

At Eucalyptus at Beaumont there have been eight resales. In every case, the sellers of their Garage Condominium net cost was zero. In fact, they all realized a profit on the resale. How can you beat that?
