By: Park Hyatt Seoul Salad, appetisers, seafood dishes and home-made desserts are served in buffet style, while mini pass-around and main dishes, all made from high quality fish delivered on the day, are served to each table. The seafood corner has been newly upgraded with a variety of high quality seafood dishes including abalone, seashells, clams, shellfish, shrimp and more. Guests can choose one main dish from a selection of assorted fish or meat grilled in wood-burning oven, which adds extra flavor to the dishes. In addition, cheeseburgers and French fries are prepared for children, and homemade bingsu, ice cream, seasonal fruit, tarts, chocolates and mini cakes are offered for dessert. The Weekend Fisherman’s Brunch – including a buffet of appetizers and desserts, main dishes served to each guest and a glass of signature drink or champagne – is priced at KRW 99,000 per person, including tax.
