Honoring Those Who Serve for Freedom

Short film honors soldiers and families who make hard sacrifices in order to serve in the military.
 
FOLSOM, Calif. - July 2, 2015 - PRLog -- Remember the Fallen has been released online as a tribute to those that serve and the great sacrifices they make in order to do so. The film features a sister who sets out on a mission to send a special geocoin around the world to the place of her Marine brother’s passing.

Geocaching is a gps treasure hunting activity with over 6 million active geoachers in the world. Geocaching is a popular activity for many in the military.

Writer/Director Mike Stahl, “I set out to make a short film that would honor soldiers and their families. I focused on geocaching because it’s something that brings people together and allows exploration of the world and people around us” .

Shot at Lake Natoma in Folsom, Califnornia and Pollock Pines, California, the film features Courtney Conklin, Scott Pigg, Mereani Sovaki and Aren der Gevorgian.
