Ideal Boilers adds ‘Live Chat’ feature to Installer Connect.

HULL, U.K. - June 29, 2015 - PRLog -- Ideal Boilers is making it even easier for installers to get instant customer service through the addition of a live chat feature to the ‘members’ area’ of Installer Connect. Installers can get their queries resolved instantly by clicking on the ‘Live Chat’ button, on the right-hand side of the screen, which will open up a dialogue box where they can post their question and chat to a member of the team.

‘Live Chat’ is available Monday-Friday from 9am to 5pm and is another way Ideal is helping make life easier for its installers. Over the weekend and out of office hours installers can use the ‘Request a callback’ feature or get help from Ideal’s dedicated Twitter team.

Installer Connect is the installer loyalty scheme from Ideal Boilers. It rewards installers when they buy and install an Ideal boiler while offering free Gas Safe and easy warranty registration. Points can be redeemed on a range of tools to help their businesses grow including the Marketing Toolbox, work wear and training courses.
