Asset Protection Attorney And Author Howard Rosen To Present Seminar For The FLAA-CPA

MIAMI - June 24, 2015 - PRLog -- The Florida Association of Attorney-Certified Public Accountants (FLAA-CPA) in conjunction with the Tax Section of the Florida Bar will host author and attorney Howard Rosen during their July chapter meeting, with a theme of creditor liability and asset protection. The program will begin with a lecture titled “Piercing the Veil of LLCs and Corporations” by attorney and Florida State University Professor Steve R. Johnson. Howard Rosen will then close the program with a lecture titled “Special Drafting Considerations for Asset Protection Trusts.” Rosen is a nationally recognized authority on offshore asset protection planning, having lectured on the subject to hundreds of professional organizations.  He has also been featured in articles on asset protection planning by The New York Times, The Huffington Post, and Money Magazine, and a segment on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart.

The lecture series will be hosted on July 3, 2015, beginning at 2:15pm, at the Amelia Island Plantation (6800 First Hwy, Amelia Island FL). The FLAA-CPA is a chapter of the American Association of Attorney-Certified Public Accountants (AAA-CPA), an organization comprised of professionals who are dually-qualified as attorneys and certified public accountants.
