Originally from Rochester, New York, Tim Daniels moved to Florida in 1990. He has 25 years of real estate experience, including 15 years locally.

He specializes in single-family resales, including the luxury home market, having earned the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS) designations. He has two bachelor's degrees, in business and economics, from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
