Srote & Co Announces Plan to Acquire Commercial Architecture Firm

ST. LOUIS - June 17, 2015 - PRLog -- Srote & Co Architects today announced it has entered into an agreement to acquire John Lark & Associates, an accomplished architectural firm that specializes in commercial project master planning and design in the mid-west market.

The purchase of John Lark & Associates, based in Webster Groves, MO, further increases the current capabilities of which Srote & Co provides the commercial market along with extending their geographical reach to many other states including: Ohio, Michigan, Mississippi, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, and North Carolina. JLA's clients will obtain access to the breadth of skills and resources available within the Srote & Co firm.
