Hilton Worldwide CEO Visits Hilton Dead Sea Resort & Spa

June 17, 2015 - PRLog -- DEAD SEA, Jordan (June 13, 2015) – Hilton Dead Sea Resort & Spa recently greeted Hilton Worldwide’s CEO, Christopher Nassetta, who visited the soon-to-open property and reviewed its progress during his regional tour of Hilton locations in the area. Accompanied by Hilton Worldwide’s Simon Vincent – President of Europe, Middle East and Africa, Rudi Jagersbacher – President of Middle East and Africa, Christian Muhr – VP of Operations for Egypt and Levant, Nassetta was welcomed by Kamel Ajami, VP of Operations for KSA and Country Manager of Jordan and the resort’s pre-opening team members. Nasetta commended team members on their strong efforts to launch the resort to ultimately offer the renowned Hilton standards of hospitality.

Nassetta, the head of more than 4,300 properties spanning 94 countries, also met with the Jordanian Tourism Minister Nayef Al-Fayez to discuss the latest developments in the tourism sector in Jordan. He highlighted the importance of Hilton Dead Sea Resort & Spa in elevating the tourism sector in Jordan and reaffirmed the brand’s commitment to develop and strengthen the local community of the Dead Sea.

In addition to the upcoming resort, Hilton Worldwide currently manages two properties in the Kingdom – King Hussein Bin Talal Convention Centre, adjacent to the resort, and DoubleTree by Hilton Aqaba hotel.
