Chairman appointed Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors

The Foundations Chairman Paul Borrow-Longain is appointed as a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
 
June 16, 2015 - PRLog -- The Borrow-Longain Foundation is proud to announce that our Chairman Paul Borrow-Longain has been made a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors after meeting the entry requirements for an international member.

As such Paul is entitled to the post-nominal letters of MAICD and enjoys the other privileges and responsibilities of membership in the institute. He looks forward to continuing his education in the areas of board governance, committee management, best corporate practises and other matters relating to sitting on and / or advising businesses incorporated within the Commonwealth of Australia.

This knowledge will be added to his existing knowledge of corporate governance in other countries.

As the Foundation grows and engages to support projects in the Commonwealth of Australia this enhanced knowledge will become invaluable to us and hope it will benefit others in due time.
