Central Florida EB5 is part of the Feltrim Group and the EB-5 US investment visa scheme enables qualified investors to obtain a Green Card for themselves and for their immediate families by investing $500,000 in officially approved job creation projects. Most of the projects come through EB-5 Regional Centers.

An EB-5 Regional Center is an organization designated by United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) that sponsors capital investment projects for investment by EB-5 investors. The major advantage is that as a regional center, EB5 Select can take advantage of indirect job creation to meet the criteria.

From 1 May, for the first time the EB-5 preference category was made “unavailable” for Chinese applicants and there will be no more EB-5 applications for China until the backlog of applications up to 1 May 2013 has been cleared.
