Free Health Lecture at Whole Foods, Boca Raton - Dr. Li Zheng, Boston Chinese Acupuncture

NEEDHAM, Mass. - June 10, 2015 - PRLog -- Are you interested in learning about how acupuncture can treat a chronic condition or generally improve the quality of your life? Do you want to experience a different, holistic way of experiencing your body and your health?

Dr. Li Zheng, PhD, licensed acupuncturist and herbalist, will be presenting part 2 of her acupuncture and whole foods lecture series on June 21, 2015 from 1 - 2 PM at Whole Foods Market, Boca Raton. In her first lecture, Dr. Zheng discussed the effects of combining acupuncture and green juice on fighting inflammation. In this next installment, she will use scientific research and her clinical experience to show you how combining acupuncture, wheat grass and different kinds of herbal tea can help balance your hormones and decrease your anxiety about the little things in life.

With these lifestyle changes, your body will naturally produce more of the hormones that make you happy and healthy. When your nervous system is balanced, your immune function is also more balanced and you will be less likely to develop allergies, autoimmune and inflammation-related diseases such as macular degeneration. At the end of the lecture, Dr. Zheng will answer any questions you may have about acupuncture or healthy living. This event is free, but registration is required. Please see http://bostonchineseacupuncture.com/events for registration information.  Sign up today as space is limited!
