Marathon Records Completes Spring CLE Sessions on "CA Rule 4-100" For Bar Associations in California

The Experts in IOLTA Education and Technology Continue to Deliver Crucial Training for Attorneys and Title Insurers; Now Scheduling Sessions for Fall 2015

SHIRLEY, N.Y. - June 9, 2015 - PRLog -- Marathon Records, Inc. today announced the successful completion of additional CLE classes for Bar Associations in California, focused on CA Rule 4-100: Preserving the Identity of Funds and Property of a Client.

Working with sponsor Bar Associations, Marathon Records is committed to assisting young attorneys and solo / small firm attorneys with ongoing education related to client trust (“IOLTA”) accounts, and to providing valuable knowledge and tools to assist attorneys with maintaining compliance with their State Bar Association and all relevant rules of professional conduct.

Marathon Records has delivered multiple sponsored classes that provide Ethics CLE credit in California. Sessions have been presented already this year for members of: the San Fernando Valley Bar Association, the Monterey County Bar Association, the Hispanic Bar Association of Orange County, and the Santa Barbara Barristers. Marathon Records is currently scheduling classes with interested Bar Associations for Fall 2015.

“The easiest way to be disciplined as a lawyer in California is to keep inaccurate trust account records or to misuse client funds, regardless of whether that misuse was negligent or intentional”, said Kirsten Kelly, President of Marathon Records. “Our CLE classes for sponsor Bar Associations help attendees understand the importance of closely following CA Rule 4-100, as well as highlight common errors and pitfalls to avoid… plus, the sponsor Bar Associations are able to provide relevant sessions that meet their members ongoing education requirements and professional needs”.

In addition to education focused on proper client trust account management, Marathon Records provides IOLTA One™ the leading cloud-based application for attorneys to ensure they are accurately maintaining all required records relating to funds held in trust accounts.
