eComEngine Releases Enhanced Version of FeedbackFive; New User Interface to Streamline Reputation

About the New Interface
In addition to a much cleaner, more streamlined design, the updated dashboard includes a graphical display of orders and feedback, including totals and a date-range tool for zeroing in on the exact period under review. All order information is now on one page, with filtered views for Pending, Exclusions, and Solicited.
On the Orders and Feedback grids, the search tool supports global searches and searches narrowed by field to pinpoint results. Records can be sorted and filtered by date range or order status, with a breadcrumb trail for easy navigation.
The simplified email wizard is now a one-page form, and the advanced editor makes it easy to preview emails before saving them.
The new structure supports multiple sign-ins per account, and an authorized user can sign into multiple accounts using one set of credentials. A new password-reset sequence accommodates users with multiple accounts. Users now have at-a-glance info available for next invoice date, sign-up date, free-trial ending date, and account status.
