American Bike Challenge Seeking Charity Partners

CLEVELAND, Ga. - June 9, 2015 - PRLog -- Bobby Valentine, CEO of fitRaise, Inc. announced today that applications for the charity partnership program of The American Bike Challenge are now being accepted.  The American Bike Challenge is going to bring together cyclists from around the country to ride 100,000 miles in support of the charity partners.

“This is a bold event with audacious goals” said Valentine.  From September 21st through October 5th cyclists will be able to log their miles using the free fitRaise app for iPhone and Android.  In addition to logging their miles they are able to collect pledges from friends, family, and co-workers for each mile that they complete during the event.

The company will be selecting up to ten charities to be the recipients of the funds raised during the event.  Any charity wishing to apply to be one of the selected organizations may fill out a quick five minute application on the American Bike Challenge website.  The application deadline is June 20th, 2015 at midnight EDT.

The selection committee will review all of the applications and select the partner charities by June 30th, 2015.  Charities of all sizes and from all categories are invited to submit applications.  Selected charities will have featured positions on the American Bike Challenge website, marketing materials, and participant jerseys.
