By: Bo Boudart Productions Bo Boudart Productions successfully raised over $30,000 in the initial stages through an Indiegogo crowdsource- The second Indiegogo campaign to complete the film (https://www.indiegogo.com/ S. Brian Willson, is an Air Force Vietnam Veteran turned Peace Activist, who lost both of his legs during a peaceful demonstration when he was struck by a munitions train that was speeding 3 times over the legal limit at the protesters in Concord, California. Thousands of anti-war demonstrators ripped up the railroad tracks and blocked all trains for the following 865 days in protest of all munitions shipments to Nicaragua or El Salvador. Congress had passed legislation that prohibited funding the covert US backed wars to overthrow democratically elected governments in Central American countries, but the Reagan administration illegally continued to support the Contra war. The film follows today’s peace movement, the ongoing acts of U.S. military aggressions in multiple countries, and the reasons why we need to challenge a perpetual war profiteering economy. https://vimeo.com/ About Bo Boudart Productions Bo Boudart Productions has been producing films specializing in social activism, cultural issues, environmental protection, for over three decades.
