Pauli’s North End Puts an End to the Lobster Roll Debate with All New Lobsta’ Challenge

This summer, Pauli’s, located in Boston’s North End, is putting an end to the age-old debate by hosting its first ever Lobsta’ Challenge. Known for his infamous USS Lobstitution, New England’s largest lobster roll made with a whopping 24oz. (1 ½lbs) of meat, owner Paul Barker has become the go-to lobster roll aficionado and now he’s determined to solve the style split.

From June 2015 through September 30th, 2015 Barker invites everyone from locals, tourists, passersby’s-- the entire neighborhood-- to vote for their favorite style lobster roll. Whether you enjoy the roll tossed in a warm bath of butter, or a lobster salad roll tossed with mayo and served chilled, make your voice heard. Simply stop into Pauli’s restaurant at any time and cast your vote by dropping it in the lobsta’jar on the front counter, no purchase required. Everyone that casts his/her vote will be entered to win the ultimate Lobsta’Cation put together by Paul Barker himself.

The Lobsta’Cation is a one night stay for (2) in Ogunquit, Maine. Before departing for the trip the winner will stop by Pauli’s to pick up a gas card and two lobster rolls to go for the road trip.
