Dara Launches You To The Heights Of Space
By: Dara Band
What shines through it all, is a message of unity and togetherness. Within the stories that are woven throughout their upcoming album The Red Tiger Nebula (to be released in August of this year) it carries a message of unity throughout the world, solar system, and galaxy.
Seven, six... Have you ever drawn inspiration from the stars? Heights percolates with the energy of the galaxy. A funky bass riff opens as the low, rumbling engines of the song. Mission control radios an airy and clear cut signal from the guitar to initiate the launch sequence. With a short drum fill, the song blasts off.
Five, four... Riding aboard the bouncy rhythms and solar solos, the pilot of this song has a clear and uplifting message. Our world is beginning to look towards the stars. Where will we be if our world doesn't band together as a species? Peace and unity drive this song, and with luck, our future. As we grow, explore, and look upward, Heights makes it clear that it is our strength which comes from togetherness.
Three, two... One universe and one flag, one song with one message. The common theme which runs throughout Dara's music shows that there is a bigger picture to be seen. The instrumentation and structure of Heights uses a rocket made of music to fly this point home. The verses groove like a galactic space cruiser, complete with ample watermarking to accent the lyrics.
ONE...When the choruses kick in they are expansive as the night sky. The melody calls out for people to come together. As the main vocals soar, the harmonies drive home that feeling of oneness. The choruses flow seamlessly into both soaring solos with a contemplative bass break. Each section of the song is sewn together into a colorful tapestry of love and unity. The song truly flies through the Heights Of Space.
We Have Ignition!!! The sound of the movement they are building is exemplified by this newest single. June 2nd was the day that it all blasted off, on the way to the Red Tiger Nebula. http://www.thedaraband.com/
