Attorney Madelin D’Arce joins Goede, Adamczyk, DeBoest & Cross’s Miami office

Mrs. D’Arce has extensive experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in all areas of business, contract and real estate disputes. She also represents clients in litigating civil-fraud cases and other disputed issues. Her main areas of practice at the Firm will be litigation, community association law, and real estate law.

Mrs. D’Arce is a University of Florida Levin College of Law graduate, where she earned honors distinction in appellate advocacy in 2008. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Florida International University in 2005, magna cum laude, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science.

Mrs. D’Arce is a member of several legal organizations in South Florida including The Dade County Bar Association and the Cuban American Bar Association. She also sits on the Board of Directors of the Miami-Dade Chapter of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers, is the Chairperson for the Miami Senior High School Law magnet Advisory Board, and a member of the CABA 5K event committee.
