Credit Bureau Systems, Inc.’s AMB Division acquires NRG

PADUCAH, Ky. - June 1, 2015 - PRLog -- PADUCAH, KY – JUNE 1, 2015 – Credit Bureau Systems Inc.’s  Ambulance Medical Billing Division  announced today that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire National Reimbursement Group of Macon, Georgia, a regional provider of ambulance billing services in Georgia, Tennessee, South Carolina, and North Carolina. As one of the South’s premier EMS billing companies since 1990, NRG processed over 260,000 transports annually for forty municipally owned ambulance and emergency medical service clients, according to Shae Hinson, President of National Reimbursement Group.

Following the merger, Ambulance Medical Billing will rank among the top five such companies in the U.S. based on volume of transports billed per year for its clientele in the Midwest, Mid-South, and Southeastern regions of the U.S.

NRG operates two service centers in Macon, GA and Huntsville, TN and will continue those operations following the merger.  The new parent company, Credit Bureau Systems, Inc. is a 63-year old national accounts receivables management and business process outsource company operating seven delivery centers in Kentucky, Tennessee, and now Georgia. The company employs 325 full time workers and has been in continuous operation since 1952.
