GATES Construction awarded contract for All Seasons Naples

Southwest Florida, FL  (May 28, 2015) – GATES Construction (www.GATESinc.com) has been selected as the Construction Manager for  a new senior community located at 15450 Tamiami Trail, Naples, FL.  All Seasons Naples (http://www.allseasonsnaples.com/) includes independent living, assisted living, and memory care and will have 189 one and two-bedroom apartments housed in multi-story buildings with courtyards, balconies and high end finishes.  The independent living apartments will have full kitchens.  Located on an 8 ½ acre parcel, All Seasons Naples will offer a tranquil yet active environment with a wide array of social activities. Community features will include lush landscaping, gardens, and a footbridge leading to a lighted lakeside gazebo.  Other amenities will include a full service kitchen, private dining room, bistro bar, library, salon, fitness center, physical therapy, and memory care center.  Groundbreaking is scheduled for this summer with completion anticipated in the fall of 2016.
