ShoppeThat.com – Beta Test & Crowdfunding Campaign

ShoppeThat - a new online marketplace is seeking testers & running a Crowdfunding Campaign via the LaunchLeader platform

May 27, 2015 - PRLog -- ShoppeThat is an online marketplace that serves ALL categories with a "Mall" image at a low rate, with simplicity, transparency & better multi-channel tools for merchants.

The first feature being introduced is a new listing importer system for bulk importing inventory via files from Bonanza.com, Etsy, Google Shopping & even TheFind (now closed) with eBay Turbo Lister & File Exchange, Amazon, Amazon Webstore, eBid & many more coming later plus bulk editing features.

The beta also includes a redesign, advertising systems & more to be launched in groups.

1. Early Beta is 100% Free to merchants. We monetize later in Beta.
2. Inventory is live – the site is functional for selling now – upload 2500 items – those items are live & for sale.
3. Merchants MUST be based in the US - this restriction is temporary.
4. Interactive Beta - contact merchantsupport@shoppethat.com to report bugs or for questions.

To accelerate our Beta/MVP stage, ShoppeThat is participating in a Crowdfunding Contest for applicants to Revtech, a Dallas Startup Accelerator focused on Restaurants & Retail. The contest is organized between Revtech & Launch Leader (SIVI) a new donation based crowdfunding platform. The contest ends June 2 but our campaign will continue afterwards as Launch Leader campaigns last 30 days.

Disclaimer: Neither ShoppeThat or I are in any way affiliated with Revtech or SIVI.

Donations to the Crowdfund can be made on the LaunchLeader Profile (https://vip.launchleader.com/profile?u=tristan2036&pm...) which has more information as well.

Migrations are easy however sellers must have PayPal set up. These tools can import thousands of items at once. This takes several hours but once the user clicks the "import" button the process is automatic and merchants can even shut down their computer. Merchants can apply data such as shipping & payment processors globally to their imports.

TheFind Migration - TheFind closed in April, however ShoppeThat can now accept TheFind's feed format(the Google Version). TheFind claimed to have over 500 Million items from 500 thousand stores, that's plenty of displaced stores for which we are happy to fill the gap.

Bonanza Migration - Bonanza recently added an inventory export feature which can be found on their blog. Our tool accepts this format.

Etsy Migration - Sellers can import their shop's items with our Etsy importer. The Etsy inventory file can be downloaded in an Etsy shop.

eBay - We also have an older third-party eBay importer although this will be replaced later. Merchants still can use the old eBay tool. Other formats are in the drop-down on the new "importer system" page.

We need testers to properly develop these importers as well the other upcoming features. By crowdfunding we can accelerate this Beta and proceed to our full vision.

ShoppeThat will be very happy respond to questions about this announcement and can be reached at support@shoppethat.com.
