Most Appetizing Dishes that can made in 15 Minutes

CHENNAI, India - May 27, 2015 - PRLog -- If you a working women and don’t have much time to work on kitchen (or) if you are a bachelor guy and you want your dishes on your plate in just 15 minutes (or) you don’t want to spend too much of time in your kitchen to make delicious dishes then try any one of following dishes. That can make in just 15 minutes without much effort. You could fill your tummy easily with less effort! Just have a try & share how these dishes turned for you.

Paneer Manjurian – Gravy:

You will never go hungry if you have stocked bulk of paneer in your refrigerators. Take 100gms of panner and cut it into pieces. Mix 1tsp of fennel seed, cumin, fenugreek, 1tsp and asafetida with salt to taste mix them well and take aside for 5 minutes. Meanwhile take a saucepan and pour sufficient amount of oil and crackle another portion of seed collections into it and add chopped tomato, onion, ginger & garlic paste, 1/2tsp chili powder, 1tsp coriander powder, ½ tsp soya sauce, salt to tast and sauté them well. Now mix the paneer mixture into the same pane and stir them well until paneer gets cooked well then serve hot with chapatti or white rice or dhosa or even with brown bread toast.

Egg Masala Curry:

No one will say for a yummy egg curry masala! The delicious dish will take only 10 minutes for an outstanding outcome. To do this just start to boil eggs. Meanwhile take crackle mustard seeds in oil on saucepan and add chopped onion. Once the onion turned to brown now add tomato puree or chopped tomato or tomato sauce, 1tsp of garam masala, 1tsp ginger & garlic paste, red chili powder & coriander powder 1tsp both then add few curry leaves along with salt. Sauté those well until the raw masala smell move off. Now peel off the boiled egg and just make few holes on it slightly then through them into the gravy in a sauce pan. Then stir them for 5 minutes and serve with chapatti, hot white rice, idly or dhosa.

Brown Bread Sandwich:

It is the ever-time favorite dish – the brown bread sandwich. One can consume it as a breakfast, lunch, dinner or as an evening snack. Take a fry pan and crackle some mustard in it. And then add finely chopped onions, tomato crushed cabbage, carrots, pinch of turmeric powder, pepper & salt powder, 1/2tsp garam masala & chili powder. Sauté them well without adding water in. Once done stuff the mixture in between two toasted brown bread and then toast them well for 2 minutes both the side. Now the delicious & hot brown bread sandwich is ready for you!
