KWCUSA National Karaoke Championships coming to Oregon for 2015 season

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. - May 25, 2015 - PRLog -- Karaoke World Championships USA is proud to announce that the KWCUSA National Karaoke Championships will be holding qualifying events and a state championship in Oregon for the 2015 season. Robert Bedrossian of Portland Karaoke Pros has been appointed Oregon State Director for KWCUSA.

The best amateur singers from around the state will compete for a spot on Team Oregon. The team will travel to Little Rock, Arkansas and sing off against performers from across the country at the National Finale September 24-27. The nation’s top male and female singer will represent the United States against teams from 30+ countries at the Karaoke World Championships November 19-22 in Singapore.

“We are thrilled to have Robert on board running our operations in Oregon for the 2015 season,” says KWCUSA President Whitney-John Stuart. “Under his leadership we expect the best singers Oregon has ready to win the National title. Pyzano’s Karaoke Lounge will host this year’s state finals and from what we asked of Mr. Bedrossian, it’s going to be a huge party!”

Having been involved producing high level competitions before Robert Bedrossian is ready to get started. “I’m very excited to see Oregon’s most talented singers compete for the state title here. We’ve spent a lot of time and effort outfitting our new venue with the finest karaoke system. I’m sure the state finals will be a great party, the gathering of the year for singers from across the state.”

We are looking forward to seeing some of the most talented singers in Oregon compete for their place on the national and perhaps the world stage. The State Final is set for Sunday August 30^th, we are still looking for other venues from around the state. We will also have some wild card spots for those from Oregon who cannot attend a qualification event. SINGER QUALIFICATION:

This year, there will be 3 ways to qualify for the National Finale: through live performances at local and state venues, video song submissions or self-sponsorship. Singers who are interested in participating in this year’s event are asked to visit the official website @ www.kwcusa.com
