WAATS says it can provide a variety of services to business, large and small, including payroll, budgeting, consulting, auditing, tax preparation, administrative management and other accounting/management services.  Mr. Williams’ area of expertise includes preparing financial documents to project income/revenue and expense.  While employed by GSA, he effectively used this knowledge to help prepare needed documents during budget preparations over a specified future period of time and was responsible for a $600,000,000 budget in which he tracked over 1,600 leased contract files.

Williams and his son, Kenneth Jr., have extensive experience navigating government regulations and tax statutes.  A retired United States General Services Administration employee, Williams Sr. brings 25 years of budgeting and 5 years of government account experience to the business.  In addition, his firm offers over 30 years’ experience in both tax return preparation and financial accounting.
