Public Notice of Meeting Date Change

PALM SPRINGS, Calif. - May 21, 2015 - PRLog -- John Stafford, Vice President of The Palm Springs Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence (further referenced as PSSPI) has confirmed a ratified vote to change the monthly public meetings effective July 2015. In his confirmation, Mr. Stafford stated that "The voting membership feels that the previous meeting schedule was restrictive to the general public's ability to attend on a regular basis" and that "We feel this scehdule change was an important direction to be more connected to the communty we serve."

Mr. Stafford has confirmed that the general voting membership of PSSPI ratified the scehdule change with seven (7) yes, one (1) no, and one (1) abstention during the last monthly general membership meeting held on 16 May 2015. PSSPI has maintained a monthly meeting shcedule for both the Board of Directors and the General Membership, which until this vote was held on the third (3rd) Saturday of every month. The ratifed vote held on 16 May 2015 will change the regularly scehduled meetings for both corporate entities to the first (1st) Tuesday of every month at 1900hrs PST, starting July 2015. The vote did not include a venue change for the organization, nor will the ratified change be reflected for the June 2015 meeting, which will be conducted based on the previous schedule.
