Westminster Maryland Chiropractor Seeks Donations for Military

WESMINSTER, Md. - May 20, 2015 - PRLog -- May is National Military Appreciation Month and Lewis Family Chiropractic and Wellness Center in Westminster, Maryland is collecting items to send to the troops for the remaining part of the month.

A collection box is set up at the chiropractic office for the donated items. Staff, patients and area residents are being encouraged to drop off items during the month of May during regular office hours.

Some of the items being requested include: protein/energy bars, foil pouches of tuna, salmon, and chicken salad, beef jerky/Slim Jims, and nuts: peanuts, mixed nuts, almonds, cashews. Other food items being requested include gum, Life Savers, breath mints.

Needed toiletry items include trial size shower gel, hand sanitizer, toothpaste, toothbrushes and mouth wash, as well as Chap Stick, hand & body lotions (travel size), sunblock- at least SPF 45, and bug spray.
