The IRS  is OUT OF ORDER needs to flatten and fair .

The immigrants coming to the us must take a second look. Its not coming in, its leaving that’s the issue.

The us treasury department is planning a restriction on travel for us citizens owing 50k or more to the IRS .

The concern is leaving the USA even for work will become restricted with have to pay fees and wait to travel.

This will continue to allow the foreign domiciled countries to take away jobs from the American people by way of work visa and escapement of taxes and wages and fees as well as contribution to the American system .

Rebuild America infrastructure, Tax the foreigners “arriving and departing” , who take American jobs by working in the us for foreign companies with USA base.

Tax the American corporations that have off shore companies evading tax’s .

“Flatten them and make them fair “.

Then again why pay taxes if your are denaturalized . The tax department and the treasury us organizations collecting taxes from American citizens.

Well if your citizenship is taken away by way of a judicial system that is under siege by the political mafia and the buddies system then why pay tax.

Can I be a  US President ? I have my Birth certificate says I am born in the us.

I will ask the supreme court justices for clarification concerning the constructional rights of the citizens and the citizens being denied constitutional rights as in denaturalization concerning due process of law ,equal access to the court.

A guarenteed judicial federal system under the judiciary acts of 1789 and the constitution.

These guarantees are permanent and no judge can over ride with out congressional approval .

Or is it under stood between buddies that the judicial system is no longer governed under the constitution supreme laws of the land.

When a us citizen goes to court in and is sued by any one but in my case the united states quasi securities exchange corruption organization.

does the united states constitution apply when congress needs money so the sec. has prejudice in the courts which is treason by the judges all because AMERICA IS BANKRUPT and OUT OF ORDER.

Maybe its because we are being denaturalized by have our judicial system and judges be bribed with pressure to rubber stamp the sec. cases to collect money .

Then the sec. turns the collection over to the treasury for collection and off set .

The treasury laws are clear as day no collection with out due process of law which in a trial by jury of peers any other is deemed uncollectible or in violation of the  TUCKER ACTS.

So why pay taxes when the court denaturalizing a US CITIZEN ?

I whom was denied his constitutional rights as in the very fundamental most important rights of having day in court, a fair and impartial judicial system and judges with out control over the courts.

When your constitutional  rights are denied then your citizenship has be taken way .( DENATURALIZED)

The judicial control in the courts in some may control the panels and the decisions panels .when in fact there are 3 judge panels and judicial procedural rules that are bases on fairness and impartiality. Just think your panel is made up of 3 and the court has 12 judges of which some are not qualified for panel participation and rulings .

“Does the court allow family and favor in the court in order to deny Enbanc rehearing’s and supreme court access.

When a judge Hs s a family member in (11th circ)the same court and the 2 become 4 and the panel is of 3 with one of the three family of the chief judge which then make the three 5 and with the third panelist a s the wild card its make up 6 and 6 six is quorum were by the courts panel is controlled by the 2 judges overruling the 3 and the 2 judges know that the family members support their vote when one is the chief judge and the wild card just goes with the flow because of judicial politics and political mafia whom has grown up with the courts and instead of elected brethren they are selected . (double shuffle ,chess or checkers)

We are facing the blast resort in countries judicial system when the only court that hears the constitutionality of case is the supreme court who only can review a small amount of cases.

We are all subject to denaturalization and I was denaturalized by the securities exchange bull dog chairman (MO as in Larry and curly ) who protected the very violators of securities laws and lending laws (NOW governed by HER, )from the banks leaders whom ruined America after the political mafia ruined our country with war in Kuwait ,Iraq all personal gains .
