Attorney Gregory Herman-Giddens Named a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation
Estate planning attorney Gregory Herman-Giddens accepted a nomination to become a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation. Nominations are reserved for 1% of all attorneys in each state.
“I am honored to be recognized by an organization with such a long history of advancing justice,” said Herman-Giddens. “Having accepted the invitation to become a Fellow, I look forward to participating in the Foundation’s activities.”
Herman-Giddens was twice named a North Carolina Super Lawyer in estate planning and probate law. In addition to being licensed in North Carolina, Tennessee, Florida, and New York, he is also licensed in England and Wales. He is a regularly requested speaker for national continuing education programs and conferences. His presentations have centered on IRA trusts, education trusts, guardianship, gun trusts, and more.
