Our phone line issue has been resolved

SYDNEY - May 19, 2015 - PRLog -- We would like to thank all our loyal customers, especially those who bore with us through our telephone issues . We have been assured by Telstra that it is now all fixed. We want to assure everyone that our company is still going as strong as ever. We have recently experienced some record months and look forward to recovering our reputation for great service now that our phone lines are fixed. Our trouble started with the big storms that hit Sydney. It knocked out our main line and all our redirection back up plans also stopped working. We are putting in measures now to ensure that it will never happen again. If you have been affected in a negative way, we ask that the next time you buy from us, you mention this and we will try to give you additional help on your next order.
