ST. Sean Patty and Tim Ewing are joining existing owners Dale and Debbie Heuvelman at the helm of Precision Door Service of St. Louis. About the new partners/owners
   Sean Patty has nearly 30 years of business experience working with a wide range of companies across multiple industries   Sean’s advisory company, FenceRow Capital, works with early-stage technology companies related to funding and strategy.  Sean currently co-owns a commercial equipment services business which was acquired in 2006.  Prior to this acquisition, Sean was President & CEO of Cernium Corporation, a leading video analytics software company where he led productization, channel development and multiple financing rounds. Sean also served as CFO for Angel Technologies, a high-profile wireless broadband venture in partnership with Raytheon. Sean graduated with a B.A. from Bethany College and earned an MBA from Indiana University’s Kelly School of Business.
   Tim Ewing has a 25+ year career in Business Development & Strategy, Operations, Acquisitions,  and Finance, in the Agricultural, Real Estate and Food Service industries. Tim currently co-owns a commercial equipment services business where he serves as President, and manages the company’s day-to-day operations. Tim spent nine years with Monsanto Company’s in the Ag Division where he served as a Director in Corporate Strategy and Business Development as well as a Team Leader of several product development teams. Tim has 15+ years of experience in commercial real estate investment and finance in both private and non-profit organizations. Tim graduated with a B.A. from Columbia University and earned an MBA at Chicago University’s Booth School of Business.
