When a team can discover their individual WHY and how their WHY supports the WHY of the business, they become a winning team with clarity, vision and a unified culture. Jim's mission is to help leaders improve their business performance and personal satisfaction. He speaks to a wide variety of audiences about leadership and business excellence and motivates people to achieve Breakthrough Results. He has designed and delivered custom training programs, and has delivered speeches, conference presentations and/or executive seminars to over 6,000 people from over 40 countries.
Jim is a Certified Gazelles Coach, a certified "WHY Guy"and also serves as an Executive Coach at Delta Leadership. Jim is active with RTP Capital Associates, an angel investment network, and is an Authorized Local Expert for Constant Contact.
Jim received his B.A. degree from the University of California at Santa Cruz and an M.B.A. from Johnson Graduate School of Management, Cornell University. He has completed numerous other personal and professional development programs.
