Ricko AK Releases New Single "Day1z" From Forthcoming Mixtape-Album "ELEVN"

ATLANTA - May 16, 2015 - PRLog -- Lavish Lyfe Music Group recording artist Ricko AK has released his second single “Day1z” off his forthcoming mixtape-album “ELEVN.”  The single follows the explosive track “Capeesh", which served as an introduction to the new wave of music on ‘ELEVN.”

The Alabama King is known for unleashing hard-hitting street anthems that speak on the hustle and grind, and the ups and downs of being a recording artist.  On “Day1z”, he switches things up and places focus on the people that have been loyal to him since the start of his music career.

Ricko AK says, “On the last project I told all my haters “Good Nite."  This time around I’m talking to all my ‘Day1z’ who have held me down since my first album 'Trademark.'”

An ode to his “Day1z”; Ricko AK charismatically raps over an operatic beat produced by The Beat Plug, “I'mma do this for my Day1 niggas.  Turn up one time for my Day1 niggas.  I'mma light up two times for my Day1 niggas. Turn my shit up, need to talk to my Day1 niggas.”   Ricko AK knows the value of surrounding oneself with loyal people and he celebrates that on this song.

"ELEVN" is the biggest and most iconic project to date for Ricko AK; anticipation is high as the release of this mixtape-album nears.  Ricko continues to unveil a masterful work of art, piece by piece with each song.  "ELEVN” is abstract, and it is intimate.
