Scott Fischer Enterprises’ Supports Motorcycle Safety Awareness Month

FORT MYERS, Fla. - May 14, 2015 - PRLog -- May is Motorcycle Safety Awareness Month (http://www.nhtsa.gov/Safety/Motorcycles) and Harley-Davidson^® retailers operated by Scott Fischer Enterprises in Florida, New Mexico, North Carolina and Alabama are supporting the effort along with other federal and state organizations.

“Because motorcyclists are far more vulnerable than passenger vehicles while on the road, it’s important to raise awareness of roadway safety and proper riding safety gear to reduce the amount of injuries and deaths involving motorcyclists,” said Scott Fischer, CEO of Scott Fischer Enterprises. “Scott Fischer Enterprises supports motorcycle safety awareness in May, but also year-round through our Riding Academies (at all six locations) and other programs.”

All of the SFE Harley-Davidson store locations (Six Bends Harley-Davidson in Fort Myers, Fla., Naples Harley-Davidson in Naples, Fla., Rocket Harley-Davidson in Huntsville, AL, Blue Ridge Harley-Davidson in Hickory, NC, and Thunderbird Harley-Davidson and Duke City Harley-Davidson, both in Albuquerque, NM) offer the New Rider Course through the Riding Academy, providing riders with expert guidance from the Motorcycle Safety Foundation^® (MSF) and Harley-Davidson certified coaches.

Riding Academy classes are offered on a weekly basis and more information is available on each dealership website.
