Orange County Office of Snell & Wilmer Welcomes Commerical Finance Attorney Annie Hu

ORANGE COUNTY, Calif. - May 13, 2015 - PRLog -- Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that Annie Hu (http://www.swlaw.com/attorneys/annie_hu) has joined the firm’s Orange County office as an associate. Hu joins Snell & Wilmer from McGuireWoods LLP in Los Angeles.

Hu focuses her practice in the area of commercial finance. Her experience includes representing financial institutions in structuring, negotiating and documenting secured and unsecured transactions.

Hu earned her juris doctor degree from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2010. While in law school she was a member of the San Diego Law Review Editorial Board and also served as Executive Editor in 2009 and 2010. Hu earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Irvine, where she double majored in Criminology Law & Society, and Psychology & Social Behavior.
