As the only Pink Power MasterMind Conference in the country, they provide a yearly event that holds true to the mission of mastering the minds of women through leadership, mentorship and entrepreneurship. The 2015 conference is in full swing and tickets are still available. Proceeds from the Conference will be donated to advance the professional development of business and career women.
Kim N. Carswell Biographical Information
Decades of business operations experience in corporate America and higher education led Kim N. Carswell to start Persona Affairs, a branding firm, in 2001. She serves as the President and Chief Engagement Officer for the company and counsels clients worldwide. Kim is an influential business leader who is a valued member of the Atlanta Area Council of the American Business Women’s Association (ABWA) African and Southeast Asian Delegation, where she facilitates dialogues with progressive women leaders in government, NGO’s and business from over 15 countries. ABWA has recognized Kim’s contributions by naming her as a 2016 National Top Ten Business Women Nominee.
In 2013 Persona Affairs co-founded the Pink Power MasterMind Conference for Women and continues to partner with Microsoft and the WNBA Atlanta Dream in producing the professional development event for career and business women at Philips Arena.
Kim is a brand catalyst who loves to use her training and international conflict management expertise to guide executives, rising professionals, speakers and companies on how best to harvest their value. Kim has authored three books that help readers build engaging digital and corporate brands.
Kim draws for her business acumen to counsel various commercial and educational institutions in personal branding, conflict resolution, mastermind sessions and social media needs, such as: American Society of Civil Engineers, Delta Airlines and The Martin Luther King Jr. Center for Nonviolent Social Change. Kim is a Guest Lecturer and sits on the Advisory Board for Georgia Institute of Technology’s School of Interactive Computing along with a number Fortune’s 100 corporations.
Carswell is a New York native who relocated to Atlanta and earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Georgia State University, and pursued a Master of Science in Conflict Management from Kennesaw State University. Among other endeavors, she acquired certifications in Mediation, Negotiations, and International Kingian Nonviolence Conflict Reconciliation from The University of Rhode Island and Emory University.
