Douglas M. Stevens, MD Announces New Medical Assistant, Melinda Carroll

FORT MYERS, Fla. - May 12, 2015 - PRLog -- Douglas M. Stevens, MD has hired Melinda Carroll as Medical Assistant. In this role, Ms. Carroll provides patient care, greeting and interviewing patients, aiding in operations of the practice, as well as assisting Dr. Stevens during in-office procedures. Patients will meet Ms. Carroll during their cosmetic consultations.

“In addition to her experience and expertise, I have been most impressed with the aspects of patient care that cannot be taught – compassion and a caring touch,” commented Dr. Stevens.

Carroll is a Certified Phlebotomy Technician with a background in dermatology, as well as plastic and reconstructive surgery. Carroll resides in Fort Myers with her five children. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Sciences from Hodges University.
