Huffines Communities Begins New Construction At Hebron 121 Station

DALLAS - May 11, 2015 - PRLog -- Developer Huffines Communities (http://www.huffinescommunities.com) announces the new construction of 242 residences in the transit-oriented development, Hebron 121 Station. The existing 680 residences of the 90-acre multifamily community are at near 100 percent occupancy. Preleasing for the new residences will begin in late 2015 with occupancy projected in early 2016.

Hebron 121 Station is adjacent to and served by IH-35E, State Highway 121, the President George Bush Turnpike, and the Denton County Transit Authority Rail Station.
