Executive Think Tank to Discuss Shifting Landscape of Real Estate Management

GARDEN GROVE, Calif. - May 8, 2015 - PRLog -- Cushman & Wakefield’s Maria T. Sicola, head of Research for the Americas, will serve as a panelist at the Institute of Real Estate Management, Orange County Chapter’s 2015 Southern California Real Estate Conference and Tradeshow on May 28. The popular day-long annual event will take place at the Hyatt Regency Orange County, 11999 Harbor Blvd. in Garden Grove.

Sicola will participate in the program’s Executive Think Tank, titled “A View of the Future,” during which industry leaders will discuss the shifting landscape of property management for retail, office, multifamily and industrial. The Irvine Company’s Holly McManus will serve as moderator. Other confirmed panelists include Cheryl Todd of Coreland Companies, Steve Mensinger of Mesa Management and Mike Kent of Goodman Birtcher. They will talk about market trends and strategies being implemented in today’s real estate management industry.
