MONTREAL - May 7, 2015 - PRLog -- Artitalia Group Inc. shareholders sell their shares in visual division-IVC Canada

         Leading custom display fixture manufacturer, Artitalia Group Inc, based out of Montreal, Quebec, Canada, specializing in the design and fabrication of custom metal, wood and plastic display fixtures and furniture, with offices and warehouses in New Jersey and China have announced today that as of May 1^st, they divested themselves of their visual division -International Visual Corporation Canada (a.k.a. IVC).

The majority shareholders of Artitalia Group have sold the visual portion of their business due to a new business direction and to invest in their internal domestic manufacturing plants and operations of their ever growing custom retail display fixture business.

Tony Vardaro, President of Artitalia Group, said: “Due to a new direction in our business model, we have decided to sell our shares in our visual division-IVC.

Artitalia Group will remain focused in providing the retail industry with metal, wood and plastic custom display fixtures, furniture and a multitude of other retail related products such as material handling carts and display systems.
